This product is truly amazing. I have been struggling with adult acne for a long time. Menopause is making it worse. My skin is combination and it's really a challenge to balance out the need to manage the oil and moisturize the dry. I just purchased the Clarisonic Mia three days ago. I've used it morning and evening on my skin and the results are already incredible! Dead, dry skin is disappearing. I can see the clarity of my skin tone is already better. I've used the facial cleanser that came with the product and I've used Cetaphil. Both had wonderful results. I can't wait to see how things look a few weeks from now. If you're wondering about making the investment, don't hesitate - it's worth every penny!

Thank you for this review. It sounds like we have the same skin issues and I believe I have hormonal issues as well I am so glad that you mentioned you an use this with Cetaphil because that's my current cleanser.

I've been using the Mia for about 2.5 months now. It is 100 % worth the money. I went back and forth originally trying to choose between the Olay cleanser and the Mia. The Olay is significantly cheaper but ultimately I wanted the best if I was going to make this purchase at all. Also you can use the Clarisonic in the shower which you cannot do with the cheaper product. I love the ease of use and the job it does is amazing compared to washing my face with a cloth. I use a cleanser for acne prone skin. My face has cleared up a lot though I still do get breakouts from time to time. One thing I noticed though is that if I do get a breakout, it now clears up much quicker than before. I find best results if I use my Mia twice a day . My skin has gone from sallow and sticky with slow cell turnover, to much brighter and healthier looking. I love that fresh scrubbed effect. My pores are realistically still the same size but their appearance is improved and they don't bother me as before. Products seems to work much better on my skin now. I have been using the brush that comes with the unit but next time I will purchase the brush designed for acne prone skin to see if it makes a difference. I also used to get pesky breakout on my shoulders for the past couple of years. I use my Mia there as well daily and they have improved 80-90%. I usually keep the unit on the charger so I never lose a charge mid use. Once in a while it stops before the minute is up? It hasn't really been a problem though. If you keep your expectations realistic, after a couple of months regular use, you won't be disappointed. I wish I had bought one sooner.

My Zebra striped Mia was a gift from my best friend. I LOVE it!! I thought I was taking good care of my skin... until I saw the results after using "Mia". All I can say is amazing. Smoother skin, reduced lines, smaller pores, younger looking.

My skin is a lot clearer, and super smooth! It's not an end-all be-all product, but my skin looks and feels a lot better than it used to. My acne is getting better, since I do have cystic acne, but my face feels so much cleaner.

I have had bad skin since I was 12 years old. Terrible blackheads and pimples. I have oily skin (I guess its the Italian in me!). I am now 18 and I wish it didn't take so long to find this miracle tool! I stopped using it for about a month and I broke out so bad (like I used to) but once I started using it again the pimples were shrinking the next day and gone within a week. I want to try the acne head on it because it isn't clearing out my blackheads. I use the head it came with. I also just use Neutrogena acne cleanser (the original orange one). I LOVE THIS AND WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE WHO WANTS BETTER SKIN!

I've been trying to control my oily acne-prone skin for the last five years. The only thing that worked was a combo antibiotic/benzoyl peroxide cream. I wanted to stop covering my skin in antibiotics every day and the Mia has been the key to doing that!
I only use the Mia in the mornings and alternate using the sensitive, deep pore, and acne brush heads. I've had the Mia for 6 months now and for the first time in five years I feel like I have control of my skin. It doesn't magically cure the acne. What it does is clean your skin really well so that whatever face wash and lotion you use work that much better. The exfoliation is an added bonus. It took several weeks but gradually the acne healed. Given the progress I've made I'm excited to see what my skin will look like in an another six months!

I was using the Olay brush and decided after hearing some of my customers talk about their clairisonics that I would buy one. My skin texture has improved.. tremendously.. I use it with my Boots serum and co workers have commented that my skin looks soft. blackheads are diminished.. I would recommend the deep cleaning brush to people with that issue.

I've had somewhat bad acne and oily skin come and go since I was 13. My acne cleared up in late teens (never perfect) but came back in early 20s and just wouldn't go away. My diet doesn't help but for a guy in his early 20s this thing is amazing. I use it in the shower for two cycles and it makes my skin feel amazing. Pretty much all of my acne is gone and my face is only oily toward the end of the day. Try it with a variety of cleansers until you find the one that's right for you (highly recommend Glytone). My mom's in derm and she's the one that got it for me.

I just called customer service for the first time. I received my Mia for Christmas in 2012. This April, it started to not hold a charge, randomly pulse, and would come on in the middle of the night! They took the serial number and are sending my a replacement and a return label to send the old one back! Customer service (Megan) was so nice & helpful! It was so refreshing to talk to people who know how to take care of their customers!
I LOVE my Mia. The Mia has made my face feel amazing. Much, much smoother than before and has help to clear up my late 20's acne. I use mine twice a day with Cetaphil gentle cleanser and a neutrogena pore toner and then a neutrogena moisturizer afterwards. My skin looks the best it ever has thanks to the Clarisonic Mia! Life long customer right here!

I can see myself using this quiet little facial brush, even at the gym shower! I love the fact that I can do two minutes if I want. I love it, more importantly, my skin loves it! (I'm using the acne brush, since I have acne-prne skin...in my forties!)

When I first used this product, my face felt amazing! After about 6 weeks of using it once a day, and being very gentle each time, my results changed fast. I do have VERY oily skin which is prone to breakouts and sensitivity and I have had these problems for years. When I started using this I assumed that it would take away some of the redness and hopefully make my acne go away but it did the opposite. I now have extremely dry patches on my chin, nose, around my mouth and on my cheeks. My skin has never been this irritated before and I have never had a dry patch in my life. I have them now and hate them. I have been trying to get my regular skin back for 2 weeks now and it has been awful.

I ordered the lavender clarisonic mia with free ground shipping and it came earlier than expected. I have very dry sensitive skin (I can't use any products with fragrance, and the only acne products I can use are from Clinique.) I used the sensitive brush that came in the Clarisonic kit, some people said it was too rough, but it's just fine for me. So I have been using this product for almost two weeks once a day with my Clinique acne kit and I can see a definite improvement in my skin. It's super soft, i don't have anymore flaking and my acne is going away! I had a somewhat large pimple forming around that time of the month and within 2 days the pimple was gone. I only rated this 4 stars for durability and working with cleansers because I haven't done anything to damage the mia (ie drop it) and the only cleanser I have tried with it is the Clinique foaming acne cleanser. Finally as skincare solution that is working for my sensitive acne prone skin!

I read a lot of reviews of the mia before making my purchase. I have to say that this really does feel like a well-made product, and I can see why people with oily or combination skin love it. I have super dry skin (espically for being 25), and I'm really not sure if it's improved since I started using the mia. I do think it cleanses very well and I love how easy it is to use and durable/ water-proof it is. It's only been 2 weeks of using it (every day), so we'll see. I do think it cleanses well and removes residue of make up without being rough or more drying to my already-dry skin.

I'm going to return it because my skin flakes and feels stingy after using 2 min every time for once a day.
I can see it may be helpful for people who have oily skins. but it doesn't fit my combination skin, even though I was almost never irritated by any skin care product.

I like the Mia, but exactly 14 months after getting mine, it just quit. Doesn't work at all. I used it once a day for 14 months, never abused it, took fine care of it, and it's dead. Kind of irritating that it didnt last longer.

My sister told me about the Mia she got for Christmas and how much it has changed her skin for the better. I had to have one. I have extremely oily skin and normally I need to get up in the middle of the night to wash my face. On top of oily skin, I have large pores that flare up. In just a few days of use, I've noticed I'm not getting up in the middle of the night to wash my face and my pores seem smaller, and what is so surprising......I have little or no flare ups. OMG...I'm so thrilled with the results I just had to buy one for my daughter who inherited my skin. I now wish I would have bought one for the whole body. The price isn't so bad if you consider the cost of going to a spa for a facial, which I have done. I now have a facial morning and night. I couldn't be happier.
